Burn-In and Life-Test of electronic devices require the implementation of both electrical and thermal stress.

The temperature modules offer several way to manage the thermal stress synchronously with the signals monitoring:

Thermocouple input
Typical burn-in / life-test application: a large amount of devices share a common oven.
